The Cornaiano wine-house Josef Weger was founded in 1820 and has always been conducted by the Weger family. Josef Weger was one of the pioneers who made the story of the great wines of South Tyrol. On the hills of Cornaiano the Weger has their residence, their estate and their centenary wineries.
Wines Line
The ``Deep Cellar`` at Cornaiano is a unique architectural building.
It extends below ground by connecting many other wineries and crossing the streets of the village. An art place where all the year the temperature and the environment remain optimum to allow the best preservation and maturation of the wines in the barrels.
